1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, or authorized representatives).
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- The balance payment must be settled before the commencement of the tour unless agreed otherwise.
2. Payments
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice in case of government taxes, fuel surcharges, or unforeseen cost increases.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing/email.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per our policy (to be defined by your company, e.g., % of package cost based on days before departure).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting service charges.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid identity proofs and documents as required.
- We are not responsible for denial of services due to incomplete or invalid documents.
5. Itinerary & Services
- While we strive to follow the confirmed itinerary, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political situations, etc.) may require changes.
- BH Holidays Kashmir reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in the interest of safety and convenience.
6. Liability
- We act only as a travel facilitator and are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or service disruptions beyond our control.
- Any loss, injury, or damage during the tour is the traveler’s responsibility unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
7. Health & Safety
- Travelers are expected to ensure they are medically fit for travel.
- We are not liable for any health issues, medical expenses, or accidents during the trip.
